Permalink Reply by Timothy Lamprey on August 17, 2012 at 6:25pm We use Icom 2 way commercial grade radios. They have worked well for us for several years.

Permalink Reply by beth simpson on September 21, 2012 at 1:02pm We switched from Motorola radios to EnGenius phones. The quiet is exquisite- not hearing the chatter. There are 2 forms- the green phones are two way radios and phones, and the blue phones are just 2 way (& less expensive). They are also lighter but seem to be pretty heavy duty. We have been using them for 3 years. They are hooked into our phone system(Avaya) and work great.
