Return Policy
I've struggled with developing a good return policy that protects my business but doesn't make me look like a bad guy. Currently I will refund by exchanging another plant/same plant of equal value after discussing why the plant died with the customer. I very rarely get returns but when I do, it's never been me who's at fault for selling a low quality plant. If it was, I would gladly refund.
